Five Things Worth Knowing Before Your Company Deploys One
Give each agent exactly the access it needs for its specific task, nothing more. The habit of granting broad permissions because it’s easier to set up will create serious problems as agents become more capable.
Any action that cannot be undone — deleting data, sending a public communication, executing a financial transaction — should require a human sign-off regardless of how confident the agent appears to be.
OpenAI’s SDK, Google’s ADK, Anthropic’s Claude Agent SDK — they are more similar than their marketing suggests. What differentiates successful deployments is the logging, monitoring, and approval workflow built around the agent, not the model running underneath it.
